I am having trouble in downloading account statement since 28 May 2022. Currently my Mahasecure account is blocked. As advised by customer care of Bank of Maharashtra, I have given a written complaint about account blocked, error code 138, visited bank 3 times in last 15 days.
Error 138 continues even today.
Earlier I was told that I am unable to download account statement since Email address is not registered. Even after registering email address, I was not able to download account statement.
