Bank of baroda one of the leading PSU banks. We are associated with Bank of Baroda since long. We had so many good and bad experience with the bank. But I would like to mention my recent experience with bank which motivated me to  write a review on Bank of Baroda.


I submitted the check book request form in New Ranip, Ahmedabad, Gujarat branch to get the new passbook as I was having only few cheques left with me. Even after 20 days I did not receive my cheque book. so I visited bank the bank official told me that its an online process we cannot provide you status.after few days I visited bank.i got the same answer.i argued a lot with them but they do not understand.


So I sent an email to the manager. in the beginning I did not received reply but after 3 to 4 reminders he replies. the solution comes that I have to apply again.


The bank levied charge for the same but after so many discussions its finally waived


After so many time of personal visits and emails after 45 days I got my cheque book.


very rude, unprofessional, lathargic staff. Its also not easy to get the contact no of Branch manager.
