Horrible horrible site - avoid!. Review on Banarasee

Our team at Banarasee strives hard to deliver beautiful product with impeccable service. Products on Banarasee are designer made, hand crafted and hand-picked for you. Due to the intricate nature of the products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that what you see is as close to the real thing as possible. However, there may be slight variations in the colours of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries, hand carving, hand painting, lacquering, weaving of the image you see on your monitor and the actual product. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, wood, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
Though we provide the facility of easy returns and full refund to our customers from India in case the product is not up to their expectation, we have not been able to provide such facility to our offshore customers till now due to operational constraints. We are working extra hard to put in place a system where our customers from all across globe can have similar shopping experience.
Till such time, we have stated clearly in our shipping policy that the return and refund is only possible for our customers ordering from within India and we are trying hard to extend similar facility to our overseas customers.
