I now regret buying all my electronics over the years at Bajaj. Terrible service with unaccountable behavior. No straight answer for anything.
Have purchased a washing machine recently and starting from delivery to installation, they have delayed through the process while I had to call them dozens of times to get the times confirmed.
Still waiting for them to pickup my old washing machine as they missed the pickup commitments atleast 6 times so far.
I am no going to spend anymore at Bajaj.
