I bought phone here.on same day we didn't got charger in phones box.we again revisited the store for charger they are not even responding.they are saying we will give charger after looking in cc cameras this is too much this happened even after many visits.worst customer service.we didn't go

Recently I brought a washing mechine in nizampet store. At the time purchase they told me for the product delivery in the next day and installation also done with in 24hours. But it's so deleyed more than 48 hours, I called installation person frequently after got his number but his not received. I tried to contact store number whitch is printed on the bill but they are also not responding my calls.
Simply do not buy products from Bajaj electronics. They sale defective products and cheat customers. I bought a side by side refrigerator LG brand last year. Within few months the colour of the doors started vanishing. When contacted Bajaj electronics, the manager simply denies any support. Very pathetic service and rude behaviour. If you really value your money do not by from Bajaj electronics.

I came to madeenaguda- Hyderabad Bajaj electronics branch for buying a laptops I'm asking for nokia laptops one of the employee said no we have but after 1 minute I'm ready to go back i heard his voice he said about me with his colleagues he don't have any work thats why asking a nokia laptops it's very bad experience is these a kind of employee behaviour when customers asking for wat they want plz talk to them and don't repeat
I now regret buying all my electronics over the years at Bajaj. Terrible service with unaccountable behavior. No straight answer for anything.
Have purchased a washing machine recently and starting from delivery to installation, they have delayed through the process while I had to call them dozens of times to get the times confirmed.
Still waiting for them to pickup my old washing machine as they missed the pickup commitments atleast 6 times so far.
I am no going to spend anymore at Bajaj.
I have taken 4 mobiles from bajaj electronics. It was worked only 8 months .damaged product are selling .very bad to buy mobile .

Its been a month that i have ordered chimney and i haven't received the chimney yet and after calling the store the employee who's name is munawar spoke rudely and told that come and pick up the order from the store at paradise and disconnected the call by saying u can do whatever you want to do

In Hyderabad SimCity I purchased TV they said it works well when I received the delivery and installation completed after few hours later it's stop working and asks update even I did update it working is not good I went to store and ask for exchange.they said once purchased product cannot be exchanged. I feel so sad. Money which I spent is unsatisfied to me and my family. Please ever do purchase in Bajaj electronic.

They have sold me old laptop and they don't even treat customer well....in 2 days I cale back to return the laptop, they told to go lenovo service center....what the , purchase from here and go for replacement at service center......these guys are . My advice don't purchase from bajaaj.........instead get from direct brand stores

before going to bajaj I thought to go to some other place to buy a mobile to my mom
but bajaj electronics made me so happy by showing different comparisions and satisfied the customers who go there
they also gave my few discounts available and the mobile is less than the online price and I thank bajaj electronis .
I have purchased a lg refrigerator from sr nagar branch 2 month back. From past 15 days it is not working properly and till now the query has not been solved. The mechanic comes, repairs and goes but still it is having the same problem. If we call the manager he does not even speak properly. Worst service they are providing.
I bought the air conditioner from Bajajelectronics and the staff there gave me a very good response.

I have purchased a bajaj geyser from sujanas mall on 26th jan 2020 , and have been following up with the delivery person and sales agent but no result every time they are coming up excuses for delivery worst services i will definatly think before buying from here
