I have stayed in pune for more than 6 years in various locations throughout e.G. Raja rajeshwari, banashankari, whitefiled, marathahalli etc. And have experienced most of the bajaj service centers in bangalore, and overall I always regretted it, giving my pulsar to them for servicing or repair. Apart from the rude(Rowdy kind of) attitude, they never came up to the expectation in the service part, everytime some issues were un-resolved, or over-charging of money or new issues coming up. I feel as if my vehicle is getting spoiled because of it.
I have searched so much on internet for authenticate and satisfactory service center but always ended up with poor reviews submitted by local people. This is a serious set back to bajaj auto mobiles company and should not be left un-attended. If bajaj really cares for its customers and its market, then they should do something about it, else they are going to lose a lot of market because of their poor service.
