They were manipulative and pretended to be polite during the opening of the policy. but when during the maturity that is about after 4 years I got only 50% of the value, so I occurred a huge loss. The customer service was then rude and condescending and the head of the branch was completely unprofessional and even yelled at us. How does this place run? Don't invest here. We never got any updates, all the letters and paperwork were late and we had to keep on calling. The rats ate up our money.
