I bought this product one week ago to take some advantage in the winter. For few initial days, this product had worked properly but suddenly product got spoiled. I have wasted my money purchasing this immersion heater rod. I also approached dealer as this was covered under warranty but he said that you have not used it as per the instruction so we can not repair or replace it. I am not satisfied with this product and the company service at all and not recommending anybody to buy this product.
