First of all the collection of the Avenue book centre is pretty decent with all kind of books that people are interested in.
I ordered some books for the home delivery but I didn't get any proper intimation regarding the order I have placed.Mistakenly I have placed a wrong book so I called them several times but they never picked my calls.
After that they send me the books for a long time which is way to far from the actual delivery date.Again I had to return the book and get the book I need and it takes hell lot of time.If they
responsive to the costumer calls I might have get my books delivered by first time itself that is the issue.
Their costumer service is very bad if we make any changes it will be very difficult and delivery time is very long we can get them with in half the time from other book sellers.
