One of the worst company, I have worked till now.. Anybody can tell about the growth, etc is that in last 10 years employee number grows to 3000 only where as other Indian IT companies grows more than 100, 000 +.
Senior Management does not have any proper VISION and ACTION PLAN... They work on TRIAL BASIS.None of the management people had taken salary cut during down time... they even fired the freshers during down time and recall them after a month or so because of attrition..Senior Management are not accountable for any work... Taking SALARY FOR NO WORK.Want to EVOLVE IN ALL DECISIONS WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
