Nice experience with Ath Ayurdhamah. I started taking Supragya plus after a lot of effort to get my insomnia treated had already failed. Even after taking Suupragya Plus, it took around a month to see a change. but finally I got cured from "Sleeplessness" symptoms - almost 90 to 95% percent and actually also came to know what triggered it i.e. nervous weakness.
