I bought TVS Apache RTR 180 from AT TVS in Feb 2013. From that time I’m giving my bike to service in at tvs . Initial days, the service was awesome i.e the free service period. They’ll call back us for getting the feedback on the service quality and if we are not satisfied, they’ll come to our place to service. Once the free services were over, I have purchased the AMC policy from them and they gave 4 general service and 1 water service.During this period also the service was good.
The only main drawback is they advise us to change the spare parts even though they were nice. I replaced the front disc plate which was nice still my friend who has apache is using my old disc plate. Recently in Nov 2015, I gave my bike to service, that service introduced knocking and starting problem to my bike then again I took my bike to showroom to solve the problem, they replaced spark plug and battery power related spare part worth 1000rs but still the problem was not solved. This month I gave my bike to service to them on 25th Jan clearly mentioning the knocking problem and they asked 2 day time and returned on 27th Jan evening but still I’m facing the same problem, today I went to local mechanic, he just solved it in just 10 min by replacing the spark plug adapter, which costs 98rs. Ramkay service people have become laziness to solve a simple problem.
