Moved from Bangalore to Delhi. Involved them as Bangalore sales person was professional. However, there were multiple disappointments
On packing day, differences between labour lunch hour led to them fighting in my house in front of family, throwing boxes around
Cars didn't arrive at destination in time as promised
Damaged mutiple items in transit, including crockery, refrigerator, dresser
Unprofessional and Rude staff sitting in Delhi. Bangalore staff was better.
Took forever to repair damaged dresser. Follow up calls used to be disconnected by Delhi manager.
Got my refrigerator repaired myself, and was never compensated, despite insurance
Overall, really poor service. Thank God it's over.
