Services of Ashanet was okay till Nov last year.But from March this year, their services have been pathetic.Not only the services are pathetic, but their customer care numbers are difficult to get thru and we need to try for atleast 30 mins to get thru them .Even if u get thru their numbers they are of no help.And they do not offer a solution either. It's almost 10 days the net is down and they have yet to solve my issue in spite of numerous complaints
