Asha Net

Have been facing net lags from almost a month, no one cares to be bothered of their customers. Mr. Balu never picks up calls, how come so one be so irresponsible on their duty of not even picking up customers calls.

One of the worst service providers in vasai west. Mr. Balu who heads the office here does not bother to even answer calls. once they get their money they are least bothered about the customer. Net is down most of the times and no support from asha net what so ever. Most Shameless service providers i have encountered so far.

Worst ever service my net is not working since last three days and this gusy don't even bother to help not a single number of theirs is working when in need you can get connected to no one.

There is this what's app number where in if you are lucky you get a reply in 3-4 hrs but still don't expect any help from that as well.

They will say we are sending staff but you have to keep waiting for day Or two still no surety if the staff will come or not at the same time if you call for new subscription they will come up in an hour to the max.

Please don't waste your money on this Asha net.

It is the 3rd grade server, worst service ever.

There is no network at all. Waste of money.

Pathetic and worst behaviour by the owner Lucky Verma towards customer... Dorsnt know how to speak and treat when it comes to customer relations ...next level of low behaviour....

I am experiencing frequent disruptions in network and slow connectivity, raised the complaint with the concerned sales and service guy... I was amazed by the remarks made by him 'Aapki galti hai ek hi network pe bharosa kar rahe ho, agar connectivity itni important hai to do network rakho'.

Now there is water coming from the cable, when raised the complaint again the concerned guy is like 'Baarish hai kya kar sakte hain, aap office main baat karo, but ye sab hamari responsibility nahin hai'.

I had been part of telecom industry for years, seriously executive can loose his job if he makes such loose comments

Why? They say that the cable needs to be replaced. If so, then how it is working fine during day time???? Pls explain to the common man who is educated enough to understand the technicalities

The worst internet service provider ever! Gets disconnected every time. Message to the owner, if you can't give the service then don't do it. Stop fooling us. You should be ashamed taking people's money and giving sh*t service. To all who are thinking to switch to asha net, dont do it. Even if they are giving for free. My 2G network is far better than this, atleast it has reliability.

Worst internet service ever. Ill never suggest anyone to buy service from Asha internet. once u activate annual plan no one cares whether Internet is working or not. . they just keep fooling u. Some person will come to check d problem but noone comes .the service is worst internet speed calling rates net rates high this network 2g speed downloading this network is worst network, the service is worst service not respond and any other help to not respond service this network worst

Services of Ashanet was okay till Nov last year.But from March this year, their services have been pathetic.Not only the services are pathetic, but their customer care numbers are difficult to get thru and we need to try for atleast 30 mins to get thru them .Even if u get thru their numbers they are of no help.And they do not offer a solution either. It's almost 10 days the net is down and they have yet to solve my issue in spite of numerous complaints

The Moment In our house we bought a new laptop of asus me and my family thought that its high time and very neccessity to buy an Broadband Service from A trusted Local Internet Service Provider.

The cheapest and the best package was only available With asha net services it was the 256kbps plan and it was available for 2500 for whole year which was the lowest and best range in whole dombivili but we didn't knw the Quality of the Net service will also be the cheapest along with the price.lots and lots of time we had a complaint and now its the worst service provider.

I switched from BSNL to Ashanet hoping that it would be a faster and reliable ISP compatible with my Apple router but to my utter disappointment, this ISP does not receive complaint calls or handle customer complaints at all.

Most of the time the office number provided by them is switched off. After 9 PM there is no customer support at all.

In a week there are over 20-30 disconnections which is very poor as per todays basic standards.

I regret paying for 12 months in advance. If you are considering this service please be aware of the cons.

There is practically no SLA by this ISP therefore you are totally at their mercy.
