Signed up about a year after reading about them in the newspaper and experience has been terrible to say the least. Support in answering questions while filling up data was shoddy and arrogant. Then the appointment setup with an "expert" took too long. Finally when it happened, the heavily accented expert gave all standard advice which a'learned friend' of yours could do better. They constantly push their additional services all throughout this period(insurance, mutual fund advice) which are paid services.
Overall, go with someone else if you are moderately educated in financials. These guys seem best suited for complete newbies!
