Hopeless service. Used their services for a day trip to Mumbai. Though an AC Tempo Traveler was booked, a non-AC TT with a driver who did not have any clue of the route was sent to pick us up. The travels took advance payment of 2500 Rs and when the vehicle arrived, the driver indicated he did not have money for petrol and took another Rs. 4000. Ended up paying Rs. 6500 for visiting 2 places that could have been covered by local train. To top it, the owner had the audacity to hang up the call when confronted on the quality of service. Stay away from these cheats.
