I have AO Smith X8 product.
Good -
Good product. Looks are aesthetically cool.
Water wastage is less than other standard products in similar category.
Improvement areas-
AMC is expensive as compared to other products in similar category. Almost double the price.
After sales support is pathetic(if I can use this strong term). Every time I need support, I have to struggle for 3-4 days after registering complaint before I get any support(and the product stops giving water in ths period).
Overall Recommendation- Best to avoid the product. Otherwise you would face stress situations too often.
