Amazon is a good option I have used it several times and most of the time services were good .problems starts when u order either a small thing or a big product it will always be late or there can be a product problem .But yaa it has more goodwill than others. so you can opt it . But I suggest u should use flipkart because nowdays it is giving good deals which is indirectly good for customers.
