Spent Rs. 15, 000 on a Moto G phone. They shipped a Dead on Arrival phone. I called them same day and they pretty much asked me to deal with the vendor Motorola directly. When we tried to get a "DOA Certificate" from the the Moto G center in Jayangar they informed us that Amazon is supposed to take dead phones back if it is < 7 days. After much shouting and screaming the dreadful Amazon CS aka ill-trained bureaucrats decided to own up and replace their dead phone. Lesson learned. Buy only books and diapers from Amazon.
