Unsatisfied customer. Review on Amazon

Hi, I think everyone loves Amazon and even me but I am really sad to share this review with you all. I have recently ordered an makeup kit in Amazon and I didn't get the delivery on time  and even when I called the customer service they replied me like they have come here to deliver but I was unavailable. I really got frustrated because I was here only full day but they said I am unavailable. After that, I got little convinced and I got the delivery after two days only from the delivery date  but when I received the order I was shocked and the product was broken inside and the product quality was not good. They didn't even deliver on time still delivered bad one and I decided to return the product for exchange. But, the stock is unavailable and I didn't get the product finally and I am really unsatisfied with their service even though it is a reputed website but the reliability was very poor! I would never recommend them again!
