Amazon is not bothered about customer money which is needed to be refunded. Although it shows balance is there in your Amazon account but we are not able to use that find for new purchase. When we try to talk to on Amazon chat I want to complaint about it says website and weblink is unavailable. Anazon is a big fraud company.
