Amartex is only name which is always in my mind for lifelong. Well actually I joined this company in the my relatives preferences. But when I reach to the main point where I choose for work. I really say . Its just a crap. Its looks like no body knows about the company. Its looks they hired any one to any post. My senior manager was a very old uncle who just sleep all the time in the office.
My junior workers dont llisten anything. They just always busy with their personal works. Its just moved to disappointing mood. They send me to very boring place. Working environment must be need some latest optimizing things to work here. Salary is also not paid according to my offer letter. Career growth will stop if you join this company. You dont take promotion with your hardwork . You need some high grade preferences according to me. I leave this company very early.
