I have never written a review in my Life. I actually signed up just to write a review on Airtel. I am so frustrated with the company. It is definitely one of the worst service providers out there. Atrocious customer service! How long does one have to wait to get a question answered! I am trying to cancel one of my add-on connection and Airtel is avoiding it for last 2 months on one pretext or the other. How much more do they want me to suffer! Shame on airtel.
