Airtel used to be very good in comparison to other mobile operators. Airtel network quality has downgraded since the launch of a very renowned mobile operator. my airtel number was unable to even connect calls to another operator. as far as the quality of the internet is concerned airtel has become below average. the speed test results show quick ping and high download as well as upload speed but when it comes to reality the numbers are altogether different. the download speed keeps on fluctuating which is highly annoying. the customer service is worst even after applying dnd they will call you more than 5 times a day. I don't have any problem with billing and charges. so all in all airtel has become average after the price war with other operators.
