I lost my phone recently in which one number was of Airtel. I went to airtel store in Mansarovar Plaza, Jaipur on 21st December at the time of getting SIM there was some network issue the lady sitting over there informed us that please submit your document and it will be activated maximum by next morning, to my surprise the SIM was not activated, I went there again and questioned them they gave me a weird reason that since our manager is not available we cannot be able to do it but assured us that it will be activated by the evening and gave the number of store to contact them in the evening in case of any difficulty, again the number was not activated we called them after making 10 15 calls the same lady picked the phone and started singing the same song that manager is not available, I quoted her that if manager is not available so airtel will not work and why you people have not informed us at the same time we came for sim re-issuance, she spoked rudely and said if you have something to talk come to the store and simply hangup the call. Next day it was Sunday and when I went there again on Monday the manager was there she gave me assurance that by the evening SIM will be activated again nothing happened, I stopped my follow up with them and due to there poor co-ordination my SIM got activated on Wednesday i.e. 27th December. This is a shear un professional behaviour of airtel staff, no sense of responsibility. Worst service experience.
