Guys I am using airtel since last 7 years. Airtel service was really very good. But since last one year or two years airtel service is really bad.
Network issue is the biggest problem. Everynow and than call are dropped. One cannot talk smoothly while using airtel services.
Calls being dropped very often and their is no remedy from airtel.
Problems being faced on talking to anyone from airtel connection.
Data services is also not good. Airtel has no unlimited plans to offer. It is becoming costlier day by day for data services.
Their calls plan are also not attractive anymore.
I have 599 plan and since I am using two numbers I am continuing with airtel else have ported a long way back.
God knows what happen to airtel and why they are not improving their services in kolkata specially for voice calls.
