My Company name is Laazarus Dias Education Akademy. I had ported all my 10 cell connections from IDEA to Airtel because of the poor quality of the network and call drops.
I expected a better deal from Airtel as the charges compared to IDEA were very high. I ported all my 10 office nos to Airtel
In IDEA there were certain spots in which there was no network but in Airtel, I am so very unhappy that even in areas where there is good network the network just goes off and that too for hours. I face the same problem in my residence when I have to wait for one hour to make some important calls
Today at 4.45 suddenly the network just went off and now it is 5 15 pm and still, the network shows No Network.
Its very embarrassing to say the least that a very important client was trying to get in touch with me and neither is he able to call me nor I am able to call him. HOW CAN A NETWORK JUST GO OFF FOR HOURS. JUST IMAGINABLE IN MY AMAZING INDIA
