From the time airtel became greedy of money and tied up with africa and launched 3g, the service is the poorest of all the telephone network either in india or in the world in whole.
The customer language is so bad.The customer service is awkward and feel like puking.The prank and cheating they are into is measurable. To that extent they are into mal practice.
They started stealing money like thief from the customers by auto debiting from online account and never repaying back.
They made a new policy of handling of blocking the number when called 5 times a month. The customer care wanted put their customer to hold and then hangs the call. Thereby they block the number.
The above are just a few worst scenarios of airtel.I am taking this very seriously to consumer court to get all the money back along with penalty. I want the world to know who is airtel - the worst greedy brats.Please share whereall we can get it posted to pull airtel down.I was so loyal to airtel once and i received the same once. But now, nothing in their policy.
I have already updated in mouthshut, review, consumer complaints, and few more.
