Harassment by Airtel Broadband After Cancellation

Unfortunately I took an Airtel Broadband+ Land line few years back, while I was In Teynampet Chennai. Later when I shifted the flat, I applied for cancellation of the above line. One of the AIRTEL agent came home and gave a bill for Rs 2, 254/- and clearly indicated FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT for my land line. This was in 25/09/14.


Now I get frequent calls again from AIRTEL office saying that I have to again pay Rs 1037.39. I have been trying to tell them this line is cancelled. The copy of the above bill(indicating FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT) is also sent to them.


I do not understand why companies like Bharti Airtel are so UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never in my life go for AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICES.


Now I have another Airtel line at my new place and I have submitted request to cancel the line.


So dear friends, please make sure you do not get into the AIRTEL TRAPS. I bet there are lot of other PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS in India.


After issuing bill indicating FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT .they again made me pay Rs 1038/- in Feb/2015.


THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER.CARRYING OUT DAYLIGHT ROBBERY OF POOR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ANY ETHICS.


THE BOMBAY ROADSIDE VENDORS ARE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THESE WHITE COLLARED DACOITS.
