I am writing this review to help other customer to take care of Airtel 4G connection and my bad experience.
Three weeks back I got Airtel 4G connection(dongle). There was an offer to get free dongle if we pay three month payment in advance. I went ahead with this offer. They told that Airtel person will come and verify the address. After few days I was outside. I got call that Airtel person is waiting at my house. I asked to come some other days and before coming take appointment so I will be available.
Evening I noticed that I was not able to connect to internet. I called customer care and came to know that my number has been deactivated as address verification failed. I was shocked, it was that person fault he didnt come again and deactivated my number. I requested to initiate address verification again and meantime they can activate my 4G number. My number got activated after one day waiting.
Second address verification: Again Airtel person came without informing me and I was not at home. And once again my number got deactivated. Again I requested to customer care to send the person and make sure he called me before coming. This time they have not activated my number as they updated me there is no option to activate this number again.
Third address verification: Again Airtel person came to my place without informing me and I was not at home. this time I was not very far from my home, so I returned straightway to home. That guy completed all the process and my number got activated again.
But it was not the end, after two days of internet usages. Again they deactivated my number even after address verification. I got frustrated and called customer care they told same story that due to address verification failure number got deactivated and this time I have to visit Airtel customer relationship center to get activated my number.It height of professionalism by Airtel. And extremely bad service. now I have to run to their Relationship office to activate my number. Request all to NOT TO OPT AIRTEL if you want peace in your life. Also their service and speed is below the committed speed. It is not worth.
