I had bought an aircel connection a few months ago. the network coverage of aircel is very poor. there are no signals in basement. its network coverage is even worse in rural areas of india. the internet is very slow. I activated 3G on aircel which works like 2G. the customer care does not help to solve my problems. they dont attend calls or reply to emails. the only benefit is low charges of this network.
