Although the charges and billing of AIRCEL network is very cheap in comparison to other networks but the satisfaction work of AIRCEL is not so good.The internet price of AIRCEL is affordable to anyone but the speed is like lempet.When we compare aircel internet ( Rs.24= 150 or 160 2G and no free calls) and Jio internet ( Rs.309 = unlimited calling+ free message+ each day 1Gb 4G internet) we get best other offers from other networks but not in AIRCEL. I accept that AIRCEL charges is affordable to any common people but in present time the internet is a basic need of people and the AIRCEL internet is very slow in urban areas.I tell you my experience my ( 83#40) balance is regularly decreasing during a month when I approach to costumer care , the services are not essential and dissatisfied.Almost 3 months passed away but AIRCEL is not refund my balance. SO IT IS PROVE THAT THE AIRCEL IS ALSO A CHEATER AND BALANCE CUTTER COMPANY.Customer service is very bad and not in favor of we people.The coverage of network is around the urban area only.For contact far away this network is unsuccessful in many times. So at last in my behalf you can use AIRCEL for only calling but you must careful in balance updates.Always recharge your account in small amount. THANK YOU
