It’s working Good for other Countries but not for India. I am not against reservation but the system should eventually bring people up and make them compete with the main line.Why majority reserved Category people end up with reserved Jobs only? Because the system, even though gave them the fast track ladders but still fails to make them competitive enough to run in an open competition.Different segments of Society are like different Kids of the nation. If some Kids are week, Parents try to bring them up so that they can live with pride. Bringing different size of wheel cheers at all stages won’t help. Fact is that the system itself is killing their will to walk.
