I must say it's been a very pleasant experience of claim process for my vehicle insurance from ACKO. These guys are out there to change customer perspective of Insurance claim. Intimation was through APP at 9am. Received a call at 10am. Surveyor came at 11.30am and received the settlement intimation by 1.15pm. Four hours the whole process is done . Gone are the days when you had to leave your vehicle with dealership, wait for surveyor , then accept whatever he gives. With ACKO , the whole claim amount was settled to my bank account in 24hrs by next day 9am, that too even before I got my vehicle repaired. Something I have never experienced before. A totally hassle free experience for genuine claims. I vouch for ACKO. Go for it without any second thoughts.
