1984 is a novel written by George Orwell and published in 1949.
War is Peace
Freedom is Slavery.
Ignorance is Strength.
Those are the lines that kept me thinking for a really long time after I completed the book. This book describes a Utopia. A imaginary country where every basic activities of the human life is monitored by the Government. There is no freedom, pleasure. Even thinking of rebellion is a sinful crime on that country. If you have watched the movie'V for Vandetta'. then you might have a slight idea about this book.
George Orwell is one of my most favorite writers of all time. He writes about the society and the problems in it. This novel is recommended to all mankind
