It's a great Review Website, one of the first. I used it to review a lot of things. I think they are impartial too. However, their systems can be bypassed by some clever marketing gimmicks of a few customers who take Mouthshut for a ride .

Few days back, I bought a mattress from Pepperfry.com. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong size. They mention on there website that, they offer a 7 days easy return window. However when I requested Pepperfry to return or replace the product. They simply refused to return or replace the mattress, saying that it is against their company policy.

After this post airtel contacted me and resolved my issue by contacting me three time. Thanks to mouthshut.
