Getting MF SBI values of 27-05-2022 on the morning of 31-05-2022 even at 8.45 am. Worst possible nightmare. Such treatment should be rectified with heavy compensation to customer holding portfolios in SBI mutual funds.

Rating can be heartful ' zero ' .

Such crappy software could not have gone to production, without upper management getting huge kickbacks.

I am talking Desktop browser website UI.

And migration from old site lost my recipients. Three times to just get approval to create recipient, then create one, approve it just to see it is gone.

The menus from top sometimes just detach themselves, then you can go and f yourself.

I came here to write a negative experience review for Yono App in specific and SBI in general.

But after seeing all the other reviews I feel even writing a review for SBI is a waste of time.

Even after so Many Negative Reviews, the SBI Management does not have the competency to improve their service or their App.

Useless, Pathetic, etc are the Labels which the SBI Management now seem to Enjoy.

I wish I could be more Abusive.

Internet banking has become a hellish experience with all kinds of impediments being put to customers. At this rate, people will only take out their money from SBI and deposit in other banks. Who stands to gain by this? Stop being foolish and rectify the app ASAP SBI or you are digging your own grave!

Yoni is the worst banking app on the planet l, trying to register from 2 days it tells me I need to create a user id whenever I try to create one it takes me back to home page, my mother is a govt employee we can't change the pension account however I will transfer my fd's to a private bank, can't tolerate this stupid app any more, I would never ever recommend anybody to bank with SBI, their services are incredibly horrible very poor IT management. Absolute waste of time and efforts.

YONO app is not working properly and I can't Complet my transactions with this status. When I download app it was working after so many triyal. Please solve this problem asap otherwise I think it will be better to choose another bank for online transactions.

It is very difficult/slow to log in.

Recently, I had to input the correct MPIN three to four times to log in...very frustrating. But once to "get in", it is ok.

I do not understand how a such an incredibly dysfunctional website is release for use by the banks customers. The website in unbelievably buggy. I have to generate and submit the OTP 10 times before I am finally directed to my accounts page. And even when I am logged in, the website randomly logs me out stating some obscure message to do with not "pressing the back button" when I am trying to navigate to another section in my account and not "pressing the back button". Trying to create a new user for my corporate account should considered a 13th labour for Hercules cause its seemingly impossible to do so. With little to no information, convoluted and ambiguous messages it is frustrating to create a new user for the corporate account. The website looks likes its been developed by an unpaid intern who has probably never heard of stackexchange. There are so many small issues and bugs riddled throughout the website functionality that I do not think there is even sanity check being done on the code at the back end, I firmly believe the website has not been tested after implementation. Despite its enormity, it feels like the bank has set aside a budget smaller than my monthly expenses to manage and maintain the website. Every time I have to use the website, I have to meditate for a few minutes before to prevent increase in stress and blood pressure. I am afraid I will suffer a stroke or an aneurism at some point while using this website.

I was in web development of a small company as a graduate and I had did not made it well, so I know a pathetic website when I see one.

Sbi YONO app is horrible. Every time I wish to open it get haunted. It’s hardly possible to open in one chance. SBI should look into the matter. They claim to be the largest bank in the country but with worst service provided. Just to know whether one entry or debit I can not wait for one hour when the app will open. YONO is a mobile application by State Bank of India. YONO application provides your various services. You can view balance of your sbi account, transfer money, create fixed deposit, create recurring deposit, invest money in share market or in other investment options.

You can change your personal details, add/remove any information, change mobile number/email, you can do unlimited transaction with this application. YONO money also provides you withdrawal of amount at ATM without having debit card.

You can apply for paperless loan within just 5 minutes, you can be updated with current interest rates by the sbi.

So this is really amazing app by India the most popular public sector bank SBI.

YONO , not sure who designed and why such a painfulapp to give such a tormenting experience by SBI. I rather pull out my money owing to this terrible engineering work on applications and YONO a complete joke !

I've been using this app since the last 2 years. I first came to know about it at my local SBI branch. Since then I've been registered through this app.

It's an official SBI multipurpose application. Using this app internet and personal banking can be managed on the go.

After such long uses I can opine that though this application has multiple features and services like UPI, bank to bank transfer, internet banking, mobile/DTH recharges etc, sometimes the app lags.

The app never works smoothly on any devices because I already used it on more than 3-4 devices.

Many bank to bank and UPI money transactions failed repeatedly on this app. I even verified internet banking transactions using OTP on my phone but still they failed.

I often noticed that log in to this app failed many times due to service maintainance. I tried to contact the help and support team but they either not responded or lately replied.

Though it's an official SBI handled application, still it never gives any offers or cashback. I never got any such offers while doing recharges or paying bills on this app till date.

The look and UI of this app is still the same as it was 2-3 years ago. They never improved the look and design of the app. The app works slow even with good internet connections. This app needs some serious improvemnts.

Yono sbi app is a official app of sbi bank which is one of the government bank of India. But even then their app is very bad, it always shows a technical error and keep stopping always. Not only the app but the server of sbi is very poor. Sometime you can not even able to sent or receive money using phonepe or googlepay when you have a sbi account.

I am very disappointed with the overall service of the Sbi bank and Yono app.
