This shop does not have an exchange policy in this age of online shopping!.the worst part they won't mention it to you at the time of purchase and when you ask for an exchange their behaviour is atrocious.came across dumbest sales service of my life.never ever visit this store

We have visited this store quite often and every we go and we have found that every tym they are available with different products like everything is unique everytym u go and the owner is quite friendly and gives respect to all his customers like offering water / tea .

we are happy with the service given to us in this store! I recommend this shop for its western wear .

The worse store I have ever visit. The man inside the store is so rude, rough speaking, no ethical values. No customer respect.

I would like to share my experience had with this Store while after buying some dresses. I bought few dresses from this store just 20 hrs before I reach again for exchange of one of item which did not suite to us, the owner of the store denied the exchange even after convincing him a lot about my regular visit to his store and even i was also not asking for any money refund as such.

I was very happy to buy another dress in exchange of it, but  he did not agree on that as well. Finally i had to return back without any exchange and store owner was happy even if I do not visit him once again.

It was really worst experience at this store; I would not re-commend this Yash Creations Store - Spot18 to anybody for buying.
