I got a very low score in AIEEE and scored low in CBSE 12th, so I joined this college as they were taking students with low scores. I opted for Civil Engineering. On the day of the admission, they showed the whole campus, the campus was good with big playgrounds, air conditioned classrooms and well equipped library.
The college started in 2008, and they claimed that the college has 100% placement records. I thought it would be a good decision to join this college. But whole mindset changed after the class started. The college is located in the remote area so students had to opt for college bus and pay a hefty amount for the bus fees.
Library had many books but the books were the main course books and had many copies of the same book. Its no point in keeping such books in the library as either way we had to purchase the books.
I was shocked to see that the faculty members were just B.Tech graduate and some of them were graduates from our college and they were preparing for their Post Graduation. They taught us from the notes and they had no practical knowledge.
This college offered 10, 000 Rs for referring a student to take admission here. This clearly shows that the college is only interested in making money. They maintain their infrastructure well to lure students in taking admission.
When I was in the last year, not even a single student got a job from campus placements. Still they boast that they have 100% placement record.
Only opt for engineering if you score well in AIEEE or IIT or IP. Else its a waste of money to pursue degree from here.
