In a current situation, where information is new oil, education has been new business. Many educational institutes have several means to deceive people and extort money.

Workbetter is a platform claims to improve communication skill by atleast 50%. The model of workbetter to my personal experience is deceiving. They make presale call to have a theoritical assessment and suggest you to join a course. I was not careful to reconcile what I asked and what they are offering. The working professional will find a hard time as the claim of 1.30 minutes a week is not literal, you have assessments, reading materials etc.

The most fun part is they will ask you to do reading, writing, watching netflix, tedx without they involve them with you for the development. if candidates have to do these at all, they can do with youtube premium instead of workbetter.

They cancel the class and modify the class structure and give you not relevant topics for which you would have approached them,

All these are my personal opinion may not be relevant to other people. But so far I have communicated to ex students, its not satisfactory.

They have a standardized way of doing work so there is no scope for creativity and that is something that I do not like about this place.

The work stability is at par as compared to the other working cultures. They also provide flexible work from home opportunities to the those desirable. Last minute remote working options is also a part of the work culture.
