This product is not so good this refrigerator is very bad it consume very much energy and it needs more time to cold an Ice-cream or any other thing

and the service is very bad over all the fridge is not good and not recommended to any one.

The best refrigerator Whirlpool is best brand. Quick ice and fast cool this is a genuine fridge very useful in vegitables, fruits, sweets and milk and many items

I purchased a Whirlpool Intellilogic fridge on 6th December 2020, After 15days the equipment stopped working. The sensor was replaced on 24th December but again the instrument stopped working on 6th Jan, and again the service person confirmed that sensor has to be replaced. The worst instance was about the communication with the service department of whirlpool -(1) The decision of replacement of the unit not yet shared with Reliance Digital store(2) There is no proactive communication with Whirlpool & Reliance Digital Store(3) Reliance Digital Store is also avoiding for giving a solution. People should be careful before purchasing from WHirlpool & Reliance Digital Store.

There is service issue with this company. We have called tollfree number to raise service request. Call disconnected and some other person called immediately and came for service. He is not the trained person. when I wrote escalation email to so called Service head and CEO of the company email addresses, But shameless people they never replied back, even I sent them reminders.

Humble request to all of you not buy Whirlpool product. rather you go for LG. where they respect customers. Now I am thinking to scrap this refrigerator by LG or Samsung.

I brought refrigerator 3 months ago but amount is too much 33000 but not good ,

The working condition is good in one month of starting after wards it will be become produce sound like crackers

I won't sleep night because this product Make sound and in day time ice will become water and it will come outside ,

Extra water drops Flow from the refrigerator I am cleaning daily that's why I'm telling don't take this product.

And amount will is very much. it's not user friendly.

Whirlpool is a known brand name but turns out their refrigerator compressors are usually Chinese 3rd party compressors, even the ones pre installed as well athe ones provided during service, they claimed 10 years warranty on the compressor but it died within 5 years, and for the replaced compressor they charge around 6k-7k and give warranty of only 1 year that too on a Chinese/local made compressor. It would be better if you choose some other brand for refrigerator, the whirlpool ads are fancy but the trade-off is in the quality.
