I felt that this is the best palette for beginners. This is so good and well pigmented. It has 4 colors and they have described how to use it. Also, it's very handy and travels friendly. I am obsessed with this palette. Actually it's my second purchase of the same one. The best part is that the price is so cheap. I think that an eyeshadow quad with good quality for this price is amazing. I assure you that this is gonna make you crazy.

The best beginner eye palete which is so affordable and comes for a very cheap price of 299.it has all the mild and basic 4 colours which can be widely used wlth any outfit .it gives simple look at the sametime extra merging of colours and blending gives a drastic change of look and turns to look rich though.
