The most pathetic service. They damaged my car, they damaged my household products. They told ne insurance was there for household products. Nothing happened. I would suggest you guys. Spend more money but dont give them your car transfer and house hold products. You can rely on aggarwal movers and packers. Nice people they are and professional.

They don't have sense to talk to customers. Customer care number is not reachable most of the time.
They charge money separately for unloading also. Is it unknown that when you are into logistics, you have to unload it ??
They always take payment in cash. Even a tea shop takes online payment.
This review is based on my experience in Ambernath VRL logistics.
Vrl comes highly recommended from a no of biker groups but my experience has been a real bad one.
Transported a bike from gurugram to siliguri in the caged transportation service. At the bilaspur facility the supervisor denied packing my saying we dont pack bikes in a cage. After a lot of insisting he covered the bike with a “polythene Sheet”.
The lashing done were all lose and cheap thrown away strings were used to lash the bike
. During the transport the bike tilted and my handleBars and brake lever have been damaged.
At siliguri there was no way to unload the bike from the ware house.
Team of labours were called in to lift the bike and bring it to road level.
Very very unprofessional behaviour.
I would rather recommend not to ise their caged transport at all. Sheer waste of money.
I have transport my bike from bangalore to gujarat. And bike is damaged like anything, most off the part is broken, while open the packaging I found so many parts falls down and broken.
Now while contacting the person from the services side he told me like it will take soke times and never give proper answer of who is responsible for the worst service and broken and damges of the bike, they are taking insurance amout 3% of total good price, but now they are not ready to give the proof for insurance also, worst services, dont send any of the item from this transportation. Charges is also high. Safety is null, and services is also worst. Customer care executives are also not giving
We have booked two items from bangalore to Arsikere through on 16/06/2020, our consignment no. 1050095464 and told us on 18/06/2020 will be delivered, but, till today not delivered, very poor service, and Arsikere and banglore vrl customer service peoplealso not responding to us.... we required items on 18/06/2020 so that we have booked. we are upset of bad service.
Have use VRL 5 times in last 6 months and every time some issue or other. Delay in transport, delivery to wrong branch and this time they refused delivery in spite of being provided ID proof stating they need original consignment document or email from originating vrl office. They also refused to call their other office stating "its not our job". My sincere advise... Never use VRL.

Shimoga and sagara vrl logistics phone not receiv what I do..
Supplier sent a machine worth rs 6000/- weiging 30 kg of weight, booking from solapur maharastra, to kasaragod kerala.
While booking they charged rs 715/-
On delivery of same item at kasaragod again they charged me for 820/- ( both with bill) again c o o l I rs 50/- without bill.
How come you can charge both side?
And no answer from staff
There quotation and actual cost don't match. They take more that told in actual. Horrible experience. They take loading and unloading cost and yet don't agree to unload. Extra money taken for unloading again. Please don't go for it
My sister had booked some personal items for transport from banglore to Lucknow but only delivered the part consignment. They stole my bean bag with beans and few other things. On following up they agreed to deliver it and kept on dilly-dallying for 8 months and finally didn't. They also asked me to go to police if I want to. Very bad on part of listed company.
VRL- after the experience today I lost all the respect is lost because of the staff behaviour. First of all didn't get the number of the operator, just the boarding number was given.
My younger brother was travelling and his phone was switched off and we had to reach out to someone to contact the location of the bus and estimated time the bus would reach. As we didn't have any other number we called the VRL Mangalore office which was provided as the customer care number was unavailable ("please check the number you have dialed" error). As I was at work my mom called the number and the person was so so rude and disconnected the phone. There was a land line number too they did the same too and asked to call customer care and disconnect the call immediately. If the people do not have so much patience to talk to the customer why do they even have to work? We, customers are not working for them they are here to serve us and they are getting paid because of us. The work ethics of all the employees of VRL has to be changed, and that is not the way you talk to female, have some respect.

I had a very worst experiance in VRL dombivali branch. 3 times I had visited, their attitude is worser than their service. They speak like gondows. I never ever going to use the service once again.
My experience with transporting my beloved Bajaj Avenger 220cc bike from Ramanthapur, Hyderabad to Hoodi, Bengaluru is awful.
I was told that the bike would be kept in a cage and transported but I do not know what kind of packing is done but the tail lamp is broken and there is a crack on the bikes body above the tail lamp.
Looks like a heavy object was hit from back side as I can see dents on the number plate. I do not deny that there would be some damage but the service is not worth the amount they collected.
Amount charged - Rs. 3560
Packing charges - Rs. 400
When asked about the damage and the amount paid the personnel at Hoodi office said that you have already acknowledged about the risk of damage.
Thankfully I removed windshield and mirror for my bike before handing over the bike.
I can still feel the pain of this awful experience and writing this review for others to be cautious.
VRL service is very good for small scale industries . They have excellent network throughout india. They are maintaining the delivery schedule as per commitments. If any consighnment is delaying they are responding immediately. The charge for any consignment is resonable comparing to others. I prefer VRL for everybody .
I have a very bady experiance with the VRL Logistics. I had booked a consignment from delhi to trivendrum on 9th september. I was promised that my consignment will reach trivendrum with in ten days.
After 11 days when my consignment was not deliverd. I tried to track it. Then I saw its location in rewari in Rajesthan. so on urgent basic I purchased the said material from local market.
I decided to bring back my material. Then I mailed them on thier e-mail address to stop my delivery. But after my all these activity they dispach my material to trivendrum.
When I asked again to bring it they again charged me to return my material to delhi.
This was a very worst experience of mine with VRL Logistics.
Vrl Logistics services are truly very fast. One day I got a call from my hometown To send some documents which I was having with urgent because the document needed to show in court I was worried and thinking then I just call on vrl Logistics sion mumbai and went there and give them the parcel which I packed in a envelope and he said tommorow it will be delivered by 10am in morning and I was so happy because the document was needed till afternoon and this vrl service had parcel my envelope .So best service in maharashtra karnataka andhra
