I have purchase Ac and after 2 days installation has been possible after so many complaints.i have bad experience with the Vijay sales services
I have purchased 2 smart tv from Vijay Sales at kohturud branch but they delivered wrong model ani lower price when I asked them they told me this is good tv and try to adjust.if you do not have then why u give me wrong tv ????
Totally bad service and moving forward I will not purchase anything from Vi

The service was very good staff was very informative helpfull & budget friendly. Vijay Khandre did very good job and helped us with a satisfactory deal.
Purchased one dishwasher. Within a month when lodged a complaint for not functioning no body just cared. Company doesn't have control on channel partners whose products they are selling. Not recommended
We had been to Vijay sales Chinchwad last week for purchase of refrigerator. We had seen large variety to choose from. All staff was very kind and cooperative. Especially I would like to mention here that we had very nice interaction with Ms. Shivkanta Agri who rendered us a very good service and showing us verious models and helping us to make our choice.
We would definitely recommend vijay sales, Chinchwad.
I was very happy during the sales service and gave a good rating. I bought chimney and hobtop (kaff) paying extra 2000 compared to Amazon which I showed to the sales guy at Vijay sales because I needed immediate delivery and installation. The sales guy Ganesh at bhosari location assured me delivery on the next day. I received chimney but not hobtop. Guess what it's been 3 days they are not picking up my call after full payment also. Moreover when called the number mentioned on websites they assured me to contact us back however we received no calls. Big disappointment after sales service. I will not purchase anything and would not recommend my friends to purchase anything from Vijay sales because they do not care about their customers after they receive their payment.

As we have purchased a TV from Vijay Sales, Pune, MH we were literally harassed by support team from so called branch support team by merely passing the time like our authorities not responding, no update from top, bottom, etc. The worst ever experiencing even we bought extended warranty still we have till next year. They really cheated us, not willing to assist us for the panel issue(lines), not coordinating with the product company. 1 star is also shouldnt be given.
Once, you buy you have to forget VS as they wont support in any manner for sure guys.
We waited almost 6 months as our 2 yrs warranty was there.
We baught washing machine 1 And 1/2 yr before , we alreay paid rs.7000 till now for its repairing ..also once we baught cooler from vijay sales chandangar pune , it was not working and a fake product .guys plz don't buy from vijay sales chandan nagar , kharadi Pune .
With my recent purchased they delivered damaged product. When I called them up they didn't even said sorry for such inconvenience. Also they didn't trust us when we said the AO Smith geyser is damaged. Luckily the package was opened by the technician and so they agreed to replace it. Not sire, if they will replace it or not. Very bad attitude...this will be my last purchase from Vijay sales
We have purchased BOSCH washing machine from Vijay sales Baner on 4th June 2020. Its now a month, but no one turned for installation. Whole payment was paid a month before. Many times called customer care, very casual approach @ caring the customer. I recommend not to go for Vijay sales if you are expecting any service after purchasing the product. Very bad experience.
We have been cheated. Ordered a product online 1.5 months ago. Haven’t received product nor refund in spite of following up over calls and multiple mails. They’re very good at playing with people’s money and trust. Don’t buy from Vijay sales online site ever.
I had ordered mobile phone worth of Rs15999/-.It was worst experience they did transaction and not order the package nothing till now.No one reply to email and customer care
