Just now I took a smart TV from the branch. All the workers in the branch are very informative and cooperative and thanks to your staff Yashwant for his excellent cooperation in getting us a smart TV.

Extremely worst service, they take full payment before delivery and don't deliver the product on time. We had leave work and wait at home for whole day, as we were instructed to make full payment in advance. The delivery person gave a false commitment and later did not recieve our calls or co-operate.
Once payment is taken from customer, they are not concerned about service.
The contact number given on the invoice is also continuously busy.
Not acceptable and not recommended.
