Network/power issue. No ups and no sys admin or sys admin worse than office boy.

Buggy code, copy paste and add bugs. Work again and again and charge from customer.

Employee working on many project and charged in full with all customers.

When customer come, people are called to show as employee.

Vendor >

Never paid on time. Vendors always scold.

Do not pay and keep changing vendors.

Vendor takes office property any time, eclectic/net disconnected without payment.

Some time office is locked for rent

Police come for tax defaults.

Worst management >

Bania mentality

All liars, only two customers but tell that whole world does business

only with them.

vavni services private limited is a CHOR COMPANY.

They are big cheaters. They cheated their customers also. Foxconn is one client to vavni, to which they tell that they have a team of senior software engineers are working, but actually, all the freshers are shown as senior software engineers. Now customer demands good quality of work and faster completion of work, but customer does not know that actually the team of freshers is working who are just out of college who do not know anything. But the junk managers of vavni, they always commit to the deadlines given by the customer, and now the whole team is working day and night to achieve the target. These junk managers who do not know the project planning also, they are being paid highly and the freshers are not being paid even a single rupee for initial 9-12 months in the name of training. These junk managers and junk owner are cheating the employees and the customer. Despite of working till late night, there are no compensation paid neither in terms of money nor in terms of time, but these junk managers can work from home also.

The employers are making double the amount of money by showing freshers as senior engineers. They had never given the salaries in time, manytimes they had given the salary with a delay of even 45 days, i.e, the salary of march in may. What a sh*t company is this!

A suggestion to the customers who give work to vavni - do the complete educational background check of the team working for you. But still the possibility could be that these cheat vavni managers will send you the educational documents of somebody else. These cheaters can go low to any levels. You can not trust these liars.

This is a chor company run by chor managers and chor employers. They do not give the PF account numbers also, I have left the company two years back, till now they have not given me even my PF account number.

This organizations run by few cheats who never pay on time, does not have human and ethical values, consider employees salves and acts like dictators.

CAUTION! – Do NOT Join this organization.

Whatever they commit are pure lies. These cheats are very good at telling good stories and showing big picture of growing career. ALL lies, here are few facts of almost 5 years:

Salary:

Always late, No fixed day date. Salaries are delayed by 20-25 days.

Whatever they commit in offer letter, do not pay the same

PF:

Deducts at their end but never pay deposit to PF dept. Do not even provide PF number to employees

Employee Benefits:

LOL, what am I expecting – it will be good if at least they can pay salaries

Liabilities:

Every now and then vendor keep threatening to take PCs or Chairs if not paid.

Career Growth:

Mean employer only think of themselves. Keep assigning any work irrespective to domain. Don’t have road map of growth. Issues notices and cut salaries any time.

HR/Management:

Ask for delay in money, few start hiding and few start shouting. Send engineers overseas without money to struggle or beg.

Top Management:

Big Liars. No words to describe. They think doing huge favor to employees and all are slaves. Pure mean business people. Good luck guys if you are planning to join.

Should also include Vavni Inc.(Cornerstone Technologies), Pune(headquarter San Jose, USA) in top 5 worst employers in software development! No new business. Salaries delayed by a month. Non technical, stupid managers. Only managers and non technical staff paid well. Rules and regulations only for low paid, hard working employees. Top management and HR non sense, don't shoulder any responsibility! Management being paid very very heavily. Do utterly no work.Market condition despite being so good, Vavni is not able to fetch any new client. Cisco has been their obedient client.which also now seems to run away from them.
