This Application is useful no doubt on that. But more transporters, scamming new users. General awareness purpose I post this reviews, may be it help new users.
I posted my loading transport requirement from Vijayawada to Mumbai. Local transporters charging 45, 000 rupees. But in Vahak app one transporter WHEELSON LOGISTICS AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD contacted me and agree 40, 000 rupees. I told him loading may delay 1 or 2 days, he told that's not an issue. He speaking in English and be like a professional. Requested 50% advance to his GPAY.
Iam not paying on GPAY. I paid advance 50%, Rs20, 000 in Vahak App only. After that he requested multiple times to release payment. He gave driver number, his aadhar proof, company documents etc(Please see attached). So I believe and released payment before Lorry coming to loading place. After that only we understand it's SCAM. Me and our supplier speak with transporter and driver many times. They not reply properly and not attend our calls. I informed transporter in Whatsapp to refund our money, he not see my message itself.I lost 20, 000 rupees and delayed our loading and business because of these scamming peoples.
I request Vahak app support to ban that transporter from Vahak app, but still he is in active and speak professionally to make easy money by getting advances.
VAHAK APP IS DANGER, UNTIL THIS TYPE OF SCAMMING CANT BE RESOLVED. TECHNOLOGY MAKES EASY LIFE, BUT SCAMMERS USING IT EASY MONEY MAKING MACHINE.
