You think you’re dealing with ultra pest control but then the invoice is from Clean and Fix It. Very bad experience, called them wanting what we suspected was a dead rat or possum in the roof causing a smell in my granddaughters room. Person arrived on time and that’s the only good thing, after mumbling a quote of $600 and spending an hour at the home, then wanted $3, 700, I obviously refused to pay, but he wouldn’t leave until I paid him $1200, I was alone and in hindsight I should have called the Police. After he left I discovered that there was a crack in the ceiling of my granddaughters room, I called the company that same day and was told to call on Monday to seek a refund. I’m still waiting. They should be investigated by Fair Trading or deported whichever is easier. They wouldn’t know about honest work!!

Called and arrange a pest control person for a mouse problem.

The person came out while I was at work

He set up two basic wooden mouse traps and asked us for cheese to bait it as he had no baits . I have looked up the cost for me to buy those baits and they $6 in the shops

He did not inspect the area where we said the mouse was, he don’t nothing to look for entry and exit pints and blocking them up

When I called to complain. The company companies department told me that I could “shove the photos up my arse” when he told me the guy did not use our cheese as bait and I offered to send him photos to prove it.

I have sent an formal complaint and am waiting for a response . I also called two other providers and they have told me what this guy is no way near normal basic practice and I was overcharged as well.

He didn’t care at all and we got ripped off badly

I requested the services to to remove a wasp nest.

An Indian man said he could not do a quote on the phone (website says free quote) and when he arrived he tried to charge me $2200 for the service. (I ended up using a different company and paid $160)

When I said I am not paying that he tried to drop the price (only a couple hundred dollars) I finally said I’m

Not paying it.

He refused to leave without me paying a call out fee ($120)

The website has not terms and conditions stating any call out fee and I am in the process of trying to refunded my call out fee

This guy uses multiple phones. I have txt messages from 3 different numbers and it’s the same guy.

This guy needs to be reported and charged for fraud

This company is operating under false pretences and should be shut down.

They must be spraying plain water because their pest control does not work and they are tricking consumers.

Their workers are not wearing appropriate clothing and are covered in chemicals.

When asked for a refund for a job they performed that did not eradicate any of the 1000's of wasps in my backyard they told me to go f&k my self.

I am going to do everything in my power to have this company shut down and no longer operating.

I was quoted $224 full service & paid $250 for ineffective pest solution & partial service (contractors stayed for 10min or less).They didn’t spray the bedrooms, which one, is infested with huntsman babies, in excess of 50 all over the ceiling & walls. Cockroaches are still an issue and are more boldened to crawl on the couch (this hasn’t happened prior). House spiders/brown spiders are still alive and well and remain in their corners smh.

I was directed to complain via email. I also requested that they finish off the job properly, but was told that I would have to pay $200 for another job.Their business practices are bad; customer service are rude and unprofessional; and to make matters worse, their products and services are ineffective proving them to be frauds.Don’t bother dealing with these guys. Go to real professionals that have better reviews and have been in the business for some time.

Pathetic. Poor. Very Low Quality. I paid them 12000 for yearly contract for my warehouse. But they have been failing since day one. Their products are of no use at all. Rather unnecessary create mess. Not even single time their product could catch a rat. Each time we only had to do something after the Rat spoiling our products of more than 20000. Upon asking them to cancel the contract and refund money they now have stopped responding to my calls or mails. Seems very cheap local company. Once you are stuck your money is gone. Rather go with any other company but do not repeat mistake like me. First try for few months and if you think it is worth then only go for yearly contract. I was very fool to go for yearly contract by looking at their name. But my 6 months experience has taught me this.

Avoid ultra pest control as much as possible otherwise think this as a donation to this company.

Worst service dont ever go for it.staff are rude ... problems are not solved ..not a single cockroach was killed ..dont know what type of service they are giving .

I had purchased one time service of anti cockroach from ultra pest control in Feb 2017

I had intimated in my feedback that cockroaches could not be reduced

Still they did not arrange for any repeat service

After a gap of time when I called them they did not show any regret for their poor service and cheating the customer.

Well if you think off to buying this product you have to make sure, you dont have smell problem, because its smells kills moquito but human also( just saying) .

Yes its effective on all type of pest like rat, cocrach but its smell is horrible, even though mice will die at inside youre home. And mice producing a very bad odur to youre room.

After so many room freshner might not enough that time. So guys before using make sure youre aware from harmness.

Well im totaly disagree with ease of use, because all family have baby and we use this to here and there so it might reach to youre baby. So totaly im not in the favour to told you to use.

Even though im saying dont using any pest control that will be so nice or use some kind f natural incredients.
