I want to share a review wat will happen if don't take there program, inthe name of a free check up they sent a very bad person, for check up, after having experience calling someone at home learnt a lesson to never call anybody at home . I had such a bad experience with the company that I should name it as false weight, and company troubled me so much calling again and again because of them I went through mental trauma, so customers beware of free check up, because after wards you will only be troubled

Truweight helped me improve my heath issues I had RA factors where I had lot of pains in my body and I was very lazy but now I m active in of my schedule! Tried many weightloss plans but none of them helped my mother but Truweight is fantastic. The food they offered were really healthy and tasty which helped my mother in loosing weight. I recently purchased a weight-loss program for one of my family member with Truweight and found a good result in first month itself. She had tried many programs and work-outs as well but no results. Truweight helped her a lot in losing weight by just having super-foods(which are very tasty and ready to eat and easy to cook) provided by them and the best part is they did not ask her to do any physical exercise, except 30 minutes brisk walk in a day.

I have taken this program 5 months back influenced by newspaper ads. I was initially skeptical too looking at few low scored ratings.

Honestly, my experience with the program is extremely good. I lost 16kgs in 5 months just with their diet with no other exercise.

From day 1 they have assigned Dietitian who contacted me twice in every week. She guided me very well in terms of Do's and Don'ts.

The program would never make you feel starving, in fact you would end up eating more food but healthy and super foods. It is combination of what they provide and some items that you need to purchase from market e.g. Fruits, Vegetables, Brown rice, Brown bread, etc.

They have an excellent app where you need to feed data daily basis, visible to dietitian.

The success of the program depends on following the timing for the diet assigned and sticking to it.

You are provided option of cheat meal time to time so you don't lose your touch of eating outside food.

30-40 mins walk is recommended with their diet program, I could not follow but still lost 16 kgs in 5 months.
